It has been brought to my attention That Mark has past away to a better place I'm sure.
I know he will be keeping his eye on the city..now we have someone in a higher place , higher than any of us to watch over the city.

! I didn't know Mark personally and I didn't always agree with his politics but, I always knew he really loved the city of Debary! R.I.P.
