The Charter is reviewed every 10 years. Last time it was done was 2005, you do the math.
Wow!! I wasn't sure of the number of years. LOL
The reason that I think it should be looked over is that it was tested the last couple years and it does have some weaknesses that we did not suspect that lil' ole DeBary would have to go through.
